1. Preparation: Ensure that your nails are clean and dry.
Moist nails are more prone to brittleness and splitting.
Remove old polish and clean the nails of dust and dirt before filing.
2. Filing Technique: Start at one edge of the nail, moving towards the center with short, gentle strokes.
Then continue filing from the other edge of the nail to the center, following the chosen shape.
Avoid back-and-forth motions, as they can lead to weakening and splitting of the nail plate.
Hold the file at a 45-degree angle to the nail.
This allows for even removal of layers of the nail and helps avoid unevenness.
3. Rounding the Edges: After shaping the nail, gently round the edges to prevent snags and scratches.
This is especially important for square and pointed nail shapes.
4. Checking Results and Completing the Process: After filing each nail, assess the results and compare them with the other nails. If necessary, adjust the shape or length of the nail to achieve the desired effect.
Once you are satisfied with the shape and length of your nails, gently run the file along the edges of the nail plate to smooth out any roughness and remove nail remnants.
Then rinse your hands with warm water and mild soap to remove dust and debris.
5. Clean the file after each use by rinsing it with water or wiping it with a soft brush.
This will prevent clogging and help maintain the abrasive properties of the file.

Abrasiveness of the file - the degree of abrasiveness refers to the roughness of the surface of grinding and polishing materials. For convenience, all abrasives are measured in grits. The larger the grain on the material, the harder and coarser it is for grinding, and the lower the grit number.
For example, for processing natural nails, choose files with abrasiveness from 190 to 300 grit, while for correcting artificial nails (especially those extended with gel), manicure files with abrasiveness from 90 to 180 grit are suitable.

1. To smooth out the nail plate from irregularities, you can use the side of the FILE with 220-240-300 grit. Direct movements from the edge of the nail to the center. Use the file gently and smoothly, avoiding any rough movements.

Remember: nails can only be filed when dry, as wet nails can be easily damaged.
2. Apply a small amount of nail polish to the nails. Using the file with 1200 grit, begin polishing. Move the file in one direction from the edge of the nail to the center. Continue polishing until the cream is fully absorbed.
3. Then, using the side of the file with a fine-grained coating of 3000 grit, treat the nails until they shine.
At the end of the procedure, cover the nails with a protective top coat.
