How to use
Adults - 1 capsule 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals, to be taken with a sufficient amount of water (200 ml) at room temperature, without chewing. Duration of intake - 10 days. If necessary, the intake can be repeated.

Composition
Eucalyptus essential oil, capsule components (dietary supplements): gelatin, glycerin (moisture-retaining agent), enteric coating: methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer, triethyl citrate (carrier), sodium carbonate (pH regulator), sorbitol syrup (moisture-retaining agent); medium-chain triglycerides, DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E).

Bronchoplanth is a biologically active food supplement, an additional source of vitamin E for the health of the bronchopulmonary system.

Bronchopulmonary problems are one of the most common groups of respiratory system pathologies. This may be related to air pollution, smoking, respiratory infections, and genetic predisposition. Prolonged neglect of the condition of the bronchopulmonary system can lead to diseases such as chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, and pneumonia. One of the common methods for combating disorders in the functioning of the bronchopulmonary system is the use of natural plant-based preparations, based on eucalyptus extract and vitamin E.
Bronchoplanth Evalar contains both of these components, which are essential for the bronchopulmonary system.

How do the ingredients work?
Eucalyptus extract has anti-inflammatory effects due to the presence of essential oils, the main component of which is cineole. Cineole has several beneficial properties:
• Exhibits antibacterial effects, helping the body fight infections of the upper respiratory tract.
• Facilitates the expulsion of mucus from the bronchi (enters the bloodstream, reaching the bronchi and paranasal sinuses, which enhances the production of liquid secretions, thereby thinning thick mucus accumulations and easing their expulsion from the body).
• Has a bronchodilator effect, improving breathing.
Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant. It neutralizes free radicals, preventing oxidative stress and damage to lung cells. This is especially important for individuals exposed to polluted air. Additionally, studies show that vitamin E can reduce inflammation in lung tissues, which lowers the risk of chronic inflammation that underlies many bronchopulmonary diseases, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Vitamin E also helps maintain normal immune system function, increasing the body's resistance to various respiratory infections. Vitamin E protects the membranes of alveolar cells (the smallest structures in the lungs involved in gas exchange) from damage, ensuring the normal functioning of the organ.

Кроме того, исследования показывают, что витамин Е способен уменьшать воспаление в тканях легких, что снижает риск развития хронического воспаления, которое лежит в основе многих бронхолегочных заболеваний, включая хроническую обструктивную болезнь легких (ХОБЛ). Витамин Е также помогает поддерживать нормальную работу иммунной системы, повышая сопротивляемость организма различным инфекциям дыхательных путей.
