How to use

Place 2 filter bags (4 g) in a glass or enamel container, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover with a lid, and infuse for 30 minutes, periodically pressing the bags with a spoon; then squeeze the filter bags.
Adjust the volume of the resulting extract to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take orally 1/2 to 1 cup at night.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

2 фильтр-пакета (4 г) помещают в стеклянную или эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) кипятка, накрывают крышкой и настаивают в течение 30 минут, периодически надавливая на пакетики ложкой, затем фильтр-пакеты отжимают.
Объем полученного извлечения доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Принимают внутрь по 1/2 - 1 стакану на ночь.

Possible allergic reactions.
With prolonged use, thirst, headache, chest pain, weight loss, weakening or absence of laxative effect, constipation may occur.

Possible colicky abdominal pain, diarrhea; potassium loss may be observed with symptoms of hypokalemia.

Description

Laxative Collection No. 1 is a medicinal product that consists of a mixture of plant raw material particles in sachets. Each sachet contains 2 grams of the herbal mixture. The collection includes buckthorn bark, nettle leaves, and yarrow herb. The decoction of the collection has a laxative effect and is used for constipation. The decoction is taken orally at a dosage of 1/2 to 1 cup at night. It is recommended to shake the decoction before use.
