How to use
Facial and neck skin care: cleansing mask for oily and combination skin. Mix 1 tablespoon of oatmeal, previously steamed in boiling water, with 3 drops of bergamot essential oil and 4 drops of grapefruit essential oil. Apply to cleansed skin for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Hair care: add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil (almond or jojoba). Rub this mixture into the scalp, then wrap the hair in a towel and leave for 30-40 minutes. After the procedure, it is recommended to wash the hair with shampoo.

Уход за кожей лица и шеи: маска очищающая для жирной и комбинированной кожи. Смешать 1 столовую ложку геркулесовых хлопьев, предварительно распаренных в кипятке, с 3 каплями эфирного масла бергамота и 4 каплями эфирного масла грейпфрута. Нанести на очищенную кожу на 15 минут, затем тщательно смыть теплой водой.
Уход за волосами: добавить 3-5 капель эфирного масла на 1 столовую ложку жирного масла (миндального или жожоба). Втереть эту смесь в кожу головы, затем обернуть волосы полотенцем и оставить на 30-40 минут. После проведения процедуры рекомендуется помыть волосы шампунем.

Individual intolerance to the components of the product
Attention! Essential oils are highly concentrated phytoessences. For cosmetic purposes, they should only be used in a mixture with carrier oils.
General recommendations for the use of essential oils: Before starting to use an essential oil, it is necessary to conduct a test for allergic reactions. Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 1/3 teaspoon of carrier oil and apply it to the inner surface of the forearm or behind the ear. Apply 2-3 drops of essential oil to a handkerchief and periodically inhale throughout the day.
The use of the tested oil is possible if there is no allergic reaction on the skin, headache, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, or facial swelling after 12 hours.
Precautions:
- Do not use in pure form.
- Do not apply internally.
- Always adhere to the recommended dosages. For children and elderly individuals, the recommended dose is 1/4 - 1/3 of the adult dose specified in the instructions.
- Avoid contact of essential oils with the eyes. In case of contact with eyes or mucous membranes, rinse with plenty of water.

Общие рекомендации по применению эфирных масел: Перед началом использования эфирного масла необходимо провести тест на отсутствие аллергической реакции. 1 каплю эфирного масла смешать с 1/3 чайной ложки растительного масла и нанести на внутреннюю поверхность предплечья или за ухо.2-3 капли эфирного масла нанести на носовой платок и в течение дня периодически вдыхать.
Применение тестируемого масла возможно, если через 12 часов отсутствует аллергическая реакция на коже, головная боль, кашель, одышка, насморк, отечность лица.
Меры предосторожности:
-Не использовать в чистом виде.
-Не применять внутрь.
-Обязательно соблюдать рекомендуемые дозировки. Для детей и пожилых людей рекомендуемая доза, составляет 1/4 - 1/3 от дозы взрослого человека, указанной в инструкции.
-Избегать попадания эфирных масел в глаза. При попадании эфирного масла в глаза или на слизистые оболочки необходимо промыть их большим количеством воды.
