How to use
Sublingually.
The granules should be dissolved in the mouth 30 minutes before meals or 60 minutes after meals.
For children aged 0 to 3 years, the granules should be previously dissolved by shaking in 10-15 ml of room temperature water and given to drink.
The optimal amount for a single dose is 5 granules.
Consultation with a doctor is necessary to determine the dilution, frequency, and duration of administration.

Гранулы необходимо рассасывать во рту за 30 мин до еды или через 60 мин после еды.
Детям от 0 до 3 лет гранулы предварительно разводят, встряхивая, в 10-15 мл воды комнатной температуры и дают выпить.
Оптимальное количество на один прием - 5 гранул.

Selenium metallicum (Selenium metallicum) C9 - A homeopathic monocomponent preparation of mineral-chemical origin.
For homeopathic use, an amorphous form, black selenium, vitreous, is obtained by rapidly cooling molten selenium.
Indications for Selenium metallicum
Key symptoms for prescribing the preparation
Behavioral disorders
• Severe asthenia with an irresistible desire to lie down and sleep.
• Physical and mental exhaustion after:
• prolonged intellectual strain,
• serious debilitating illnesses,
• excessive sexual activity.
• Memory disturbances: “forgetful during the day, but at night remembers everything forgotten during the day.”
• Sleep disturbances: insomnia or restless sleep.
Symptoms at the level of the reproductive system
• Involuntary ejaculation or occurring with the slightest sexual arousal.
• Prostatorrhea after urination or defecation.
• Delayed erection and very rapid ejaculation. Sexual impotence, despite preserved sexual function and even increased libido.
Symptoms at the level of the respiratory system
• Painless hoarseness with sharp and temporary loss of voice during vocal overload.
