How to use
Sublingually.
The granules should be dissolved in the mouth 30 minutes before meals or 60 minutes after meals.
For children aged 0 to 3 years, the granules should be previously dissolved by shaking in 10-15 ml of room temperature water and given to drink.
The optimal amount for a single dose is 5 granules.
Consultation with a doctor is necessary to determine the dilution, frequency, and duration of administration.

Детям от 0 до 3 лет гранулы предварительно разводят, встряхивая, в 10-15 мл воды комнатной температуры и дают выпить.

Homeopathic monocomponent preparation of plant origin, the action of which is determined by the components included in its composition.
Ledum palustre (wild rosemary) - a shrub that grows in more humid regions of Europe, Asia, and America, with linear woolly leaves with a reddish underside.
Chemical composition:
• essential oil with anti-inflammatory action;
• flavonoids;
• triterpenes.
Indications for Ledum palustre
Key symptoms for prescribing the preparation
• sensation of a bruise with subsequent numbness;
• painful sensitivity of the plantar surface of the feet;
• sensation of "burning" heat in the joints, joint pain;
• skin itching.
Main clinical applications
Traumatology
• traumatic bruises, especially around the eyes (bruise), formed from blunt object impact. Ledum palustre is combined with Arnica montana;
• wounds inflicted by piercing objects (thorns, nails);
• insect or animal bites.
Most of the time, Ledum palustre is used simultaneously with Apis mellifica.
Rheumatology
• acute joint pain, decreasing with cold exposure;
• chronic joint pain;
• prevention of recurrent gout attacks (as monotherapy or in combination with traditional hyperuricemia therapy).
Dermatology
• rosacea;
• dry itchy dermatitis.

• ощущение "обжигающего" тепла в области суставов, боль в суставах;
• кожный зуд.
Основные случаи клинического применения
Травматология
• травматические кровоподтеки, особенно вокруг глаз (синяк), образовавшиеся при воздействии тупого предмета. Ледум палюстре сочетается с Арника монтана;
• раны, нанесенные колющими предметами (шипы, гвозди);
• укусы насекомых или животных.
Большую часть времени Ледум палюстре применяют одновременно с Апис меллифика.
Ревматология
• острая боль в суставах, уменьшающаяся при воздействии холода;
• хроническая боль в суставах;
• профилактика рецидивов приступов подагры (в качестве монотерапии или в комбинации с традиционной терапией гиперурикемии).
Дерматология
• розацеа;
• сухой зудящий дерматит.
