How to use
For adults and children aged 11 years and older, take 1 tablet once a day immediately after a meal, with water. Duration of intake: 1 month.
If necessary, the intake can be repeated. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
Before use by children, it is necessary to consult a pediatrician. For children under 14 years, take in agreement and under the supervision of a pediatrician.

Взрослым и детям с 11 лет по 1 таблетке 1 раз в день непосредственно после еды, запивая водой. Продолжительность приема-1 месяц.
При необходимости прием можно повторить. Перед применением рекомендуется проконсультироваться с врачом.

In the body, magnesium is distributed as follows: about 60% is stored in the skeleton (although only 1% of magnesium is incorporated into the structure of bone tissue), about 27% in muscles, and no more than 1% circulates in the internal environment. Magnesium participates in several hundred essential metabolic reactions, including the synthesis of ATP, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, and nucleic acids, glutathione, cyclic AMP (cAMP). Magnesium plays a structural role in bone tissue, biomembranes, and chromosomes. Along with calcium and potassium, it regulates ion transport across membranes.
Vitamin B6.
Pyridoxine, or vitamin B6, belongs to the water-soluble vitamins and is represented by six chemical compounds, of which pyridoxal-5-phosphate (PLP) is the active coenzyme form, most important for human metabolism. It plays a crucial role in the functioning of about 100 enzymes that catalyze vital chemical reactions in metabolic pathways, primarily in protein metabolism. It is involved in the synthesis of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, and γ-aminobutyric acid. A significant role of pyridoxine in the synthesis of heme and nucleic acids has been demonstrated.
Packaging: Tablets are packaged in blisters of 10 pieces. 6 blisters (of 10 pcs.) and an insert leaflet are packed in a cardboard box.

Магний принимает участие в нескольких сотнях эссенциальных метаболических реакциях, в том числе в синтезе АТФ, белков, углеводов, жиров и нуклеиновых кислот, глутатиона, циклического АМФ(ц-АМФ). Магний играет структурную роль в костной ткани, биомембранах и хромосомах. Наряду с кальцием и калием он регулирует ионный транспорт через мембраны.
Витамин В6.
Пиридоксин, или витамин В6, относится к водорастворимым витаминам и представлен в виде шести химических соединений, из которых пиридоксаль-5-фосфат (ПАЛФ) является активной коферментной формой, наиболее важной для метаболизма человека. Играет определяющую роль в функционировании около 100 ферментов, катализирующих жизненно важные химические реакции на путях метаболизма, главным образом белкового обмена. Он участвует в синтезе нейротрансмиттеров, таких как серотонин, дофамин, норадреналин и γ-аминомасляной кислоты. Показана значительная роль пиридоксина в синтезе гема, нуклеиновых кислот.
Упаковка: Таблетки упакованы в блистеры по 10 штук. 6 блистеров (по 10 шт.) и листок-вкладыш упакованы в картонную коробку.
