How to use
For children aged 4-6 years, 30 g per day; for children aged 7 years and older, 40 g per day; for adults, 50 g per day.
Thus, with a recommended daily intake of 30 g of the product (for children aged 4-6 years), iron intake is 2.4-4.5 mg (25-45% of the daily requirement), vitamin C is 18-30 mg (40-50% of the daily requirement); consuming 40 g of the product (for children aged 7 years and older) will supplement the diet with 3.2-6.0 mg of iron (30-50% of the daily requirement), and vitamin C in the amount of 24-40 mg (35-60% of the daily requirement). With a recommended daily intake of 50 g of the product (for adults), additional iron intake is 4.0-7.5 mg (40-75% of the daily requirement for men, 20-40% of the daily requirement for women), and vitamin C is 30.0-50.0 mg (30-55% of the daily requirement).

The consumption of hematogen is most relevant in spring and autumn, and it is especially recommended during periods of growth and pregnancy.
