Fiber Complex is a water-soluble chewable tablet containing dietary fibers, inulin, and chromium. The tablets are low in calories, allowing you to take them with a clear conscience when hunger strikes during a diet.
When consuming the dietary supplement in the recommended amounts (6 chewable tablets per day), the average intake will be:
Inulin 3.1 g, - including fiber 2.7 g; Chromium 19 mcg.
It is well known that high-quality food is crucial for maintaining health, and the saying "you are what you eat" is quite true. Dietary fibers (fiber) play an important role in maintaining health. Insufficient intake can be a risk factor for many diseases. Dietary fibers are resistant to human digestive enzymes, which are unable to break them down into smaller, absorbable units. We distinguish between soluble and insoluble fibers. They play a significant role in lowering blood cholesterol levels, in low-calorie diets, and in weight loss diets. A fiber-rich diet also requires adequate fluid intake (about 2 liters per day). To maintain health, it is necessary to consume about 25-35 g of plant fibers daily, which can be obtained from fruits and vegetables. However, our fast-paced lifestyle does not always allow us to eat properly. The necessary fiber can also be obtained in the form of so-called dietary fibers.
Chromium contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels.
