How to use
Dosage regimen
Sublingually.
The granules should be dissolved in the mouth 30 minutes before meals or 60 minutes after meals.
For children aged 0 to 3 years, the granules should be previously dissolved by shaking in 10-15 ml of room temperature water and given to drink.
The optimal amount for a single dose is 5 granules.
Consultation with a physician is necessary to determine the dilution, frequency, and duration of administration.

Гранулы необходимо рассасывать во рту за 30 мин до еды или через 60 мин после еды.
Детям от 0 до 3 лет гранулы предварительно разводят, встряхивая, в 10-15 мл воды комнатной температуры и дают выпить.
Оптимальное количество на один прием - 5 гранул.

Homeopathic monocomponent preparation of plant origin, the action of which is determined by the components included in its composition.
Hypericum perforatum is a herbaceous plant with leaves covered with numerous small translucent secretory pockets, which in the light resemble perforations; this likely explains the Latin name.
Hypericum perforatum has a sedative effect, probably related to the synergistic effect of substances from certain groups (flavonoids, naphthodianthrones); antidepressant and anxiolytic effects, associated with the influence on neurotransmitters and melatonin synthesis; antibacterial effect due to the presence of essential oil and hyperforin.
The matrix tincture of Hypericum perforatum increases the activity of cytochrome P450 (CYP) system enzymes; thus, it may accelerate the metabolism of certain medicinal substances.
Indications for the preparation Hypericum perforatum
Key symptoms for prescribing the preparation
• intense pain in nerve endings, which may be spontaneous or traumatic;
• "shooting" unbearable pain, radiating along the nerve pathways, corresponding to the affected area.
Main cases of clinical application
Traumatology
• injuries of peripheral nerves, which may be caused by bites, crushing, cuts, or incisions, as well as the following reasons:
o tooth extraction;
o crushing or bruising of limbs;
o removal of the nail plate;
o wounds inflicted by sharp objects;
o deep bites;
o phantom pain after limb amputation;
o coccydynia of any origin, including traumatic;
o painful scars.
• injuries of the brain and spinal cord:
o post-concussion syndrome with headache, dizziness, insomnia, memory impairment;
o headaches associated with epidural anesthesia;
o consequences of neurosurgical interventions.
Neurology
• shingles or pain caused by this condition;
• neuralgia caused by exposure to cold;
• facial pain;
• treatment of pain in depressive syndrome.
Dermatology
• recurrent herpes accompanied by sciatica;
• photosensitization, including polymorphic light eruption, idiopathic photodermatosis.
