How to use
Children aged 3 to 10 years should take 2 capsules per day with meals; children aged 11 to 17 years should take 3 capsules per day with meals; adults, including pregnant and breastfeeding women, should take 4 capsules per day with meals.

Magnesium is a stress macroelement that participates in the regulation of cellular permeability and neuromuscular excitability. In total, more than 300 enzymatic biochemical reactions in the human body require the presence of magnesium in sufficient amounts. Increased irritability and anxiety, depression, insomnia, dizziness, migraines, muscle weakness, muscle spasms and cramps, and clouded thinking are largely caused by a deficiency of this nutrient and are alleviated by magnesium intake.
