How to use

For children aged 3 to 14 years, take 1 capsule once a day with food; for children over 14 years and adults, take 1 capsule twice a day with food.
For children under 7 years, pour the contents of the capsule into room temperature water or milk (50-100 ml), mix, and drink immediately.
Duration of intake: 1 month.
If necessary, the intake can be repeated.

Детям с 3 до 14 лет по 1 капсуле 1 раз в день во время еды, детям старше 14 лет и взрослым по 1 капсуле 2 раза в день во время еды.
Детям до 7 лет содержимое капсулы высыпать в воду или молоко комнатной температуры (50-100мл), перемешать и сразу выпить.
Продолжительность приема: 1 месяц.
При необходимости прием можно повторить.

magnesium bisglycinate, capsule shell (gelatin), microcrystalline cellulose (carrier, E460i), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent, E470).
