В комплексной терапии воспалительных заболеваний мочевого пузыря и мочевыводящих путей (цистит, уретрит).
How to use
Orally, 1-2 tablets 3 times a day after meals. Duration of the course is 7-14 days. A repeat course may be taken after 3 months upon doctor's recommendation.
If no improvement occurs after treatment, or if symptoms worsen, or new symptoms appear, consult a doctor. Use the medication only according to the indications, method of use, and dosages specified in the instructions.

Bearberry dry extract - 0.050 g with a content of phenolic glycosides calculated as arbutin and absolute dry substance of at least 25%
Excipients of the core
[milk sugar - up to tablet formation (lactose), uncoated potato starch, mass 0.2 g low molecular weight medical polyvinylpyrrolidone (povidone), magnesium stearate]
Excipients of the coating
[hydroxypropyl methylcellulose - up to formation (hypromellose), macrogol 6000 tablet,
(polyethylene glycol 6000), coated with dye azorubine (acid coating, red 2C), titanium dioxide mass 0.222 g pigment (titanium dioxide)]
Tablets of biconvex shape, coated, dark red in color with a purple tint.

Таблетки двояковыпуклой формы, покрытые оболочкой, темно-красного цвета с фиолетовым оттенком.
Contraindications & warnings
Increased sensitivity to the drug. Acute renal failure, acute glomerulonephritis. Lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption. Pregnancy, age under 18 years.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
The use of the drug during pregnancy is contraindicated. Use during breastfeeding is possible if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the child. Consultation with a doctor is necessary.
If symptoms of the disease persist or worsen during the use of the medication for 7 days, this should be reported to the attending physician.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery
The medication does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities that require increased attention and quick psychomotor reactions (including driving vehicles, working with moving machinery).

Повышенная чувствительность к препарату. Острая почечная недостаточность, острый гломерулонефрит. Непереносимость лактозы, дефицит лактазы, глюкозо-галактозная мальабсорбция. Беременность, возраст до 18 лет.
Применение при беременности и в период грудного вскармливания
Применение препарата при беременности противопоказано. Применение в период грудного вскармливания возможно, если ожидаемая польза для матери превышает потенциальный риск для ребенка. Необходимо проконсультироваться с врачом.
При сохранении симптомов заболевания или ухудшении состояния на фоне применения препарата в течение 7 дней, следует сообщить об этом лечащему врачу
Влияние на способность управлять транспортными средствами, механизмами
Препарат не оказывает влияния на способность к выполнению потенциально опасных видов деятельности, требующих повышенной концентрации внимания и быстроты психомоторных реакций (в том числе управление транспортными средствами, работа с движущимися механизмами).
Side effects, overdose & interactions
Possible allergic reactions, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea; dark green discoloration of urine.
If you experience any side effects listed in the instructions, or if they worsen, or if you notice any other side effects not listed in the instructions, inform your doctor.
Taking large doses of bearberry or prolonged use may lead to exacerbation of inflammatory kidney diseases due to prolonged irritation of the renal tubules.
Treatment: discontinuation of the drug, symptomatic therapy.

Если у Вас отмечаются побочные эффекты, указанные в инструкции или они усугубляются, или Вы заметили любые другие побочные эффекты, не указанные а инструкции, сообщите об этом врачу.
При приеме больших доз препаратов толокнянки или при их длительном применении может наблюдаться обострение воспалительных заболеваний почек в результате длительного раздражения почечных канальцев.
Лечение: отмена препарата, симптоматическая терапия.
