How to use

Recommended use: Pour 1 teaspoon (2.0 g) of crushed herbal raw material or 1 filter bag (1.5 - 2.0 g) with one cup (200 ml) of boiling water, steep for 15-20 minutes, strain the infusion or squeeze the filter bag. Adults should take 1 cup (200 ml) of the infusion 2 times a day with meals.
Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
Duration of intake: 1 month.
It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

Рекомендации по применению: 1 чайную ложку (2,0 г) измельченного растительного сырья или 1 фильтр-пакет (1,5 - 2.0 г) залить одним стаканом (200 мл) кипятка, настоять 15-20 минут, процедить настой или отжать фильтр-пакет. Принимать взрослым по 1 стакану (200 мл) настоя 2 раза в день во время еды.
Готовый настой хранить в холодильнике не более 2-х суток.
Продолжительность приёма: 1 месяц.
