How to use
For adults, 20-30 drops 3-4 times a day before meals. Treatment course: 20-30 days.

Composition
To prepare 1000 ml of tincture, the following is required:
Hawthorn fruit - 100 g
Ethyl alcohol 70% (ethanol) - sufficient quantity to obtain 1000 ml of tincture
A clear liquid ranging from light yellow to reddish-brown in color.

Side effects, overdose & interactions
In some cases, allergic reactions may occur (urticaria, itching). With prolonged use in high doses, bradycardia and arterial hypotension may occur.
When used in combination with hawthorn tincture and cardiac glycosides (strophanthin, digoxin, etc.), there is an enhancement of the cardiotonic effect; with beta-blockers, there may be an increase in the hypotensive effect.

В отдельных случаях возможны аллергические реакции (крапивница, зуд). При длительном применении в больших дозах возможны брадикардия, артериальная гипотензия.
При комбинированном применении настойки боярышника и сердечных гликозидов (строфантин, дигоксин и др.) происходит усиление кардиотонического эффекта; с бета-адреноблокаторами - возможно усиление гипотензивного эффекта.

Description
Hawthorn tincture 25 ml is a medicinal product made from hawthorn fruits. Hawthorn tincture has a moderate cardiotonic, antispasmodic, and sedative effect. It is used in the complex therapy of functional disorders of cardiac activity, cardialgia, climacteric syndrome, and astheno-neurotic conditions.
Take orally. Adults: 20-30 drops 3-4 times a day before meals. Treatment course: 20-30 days.
Children over 12 years: 10-15 drops diluted in 1/4 glass of water, 3-4 times a day before meals. Treatment course: 20-30 days. If there is no improvement after treatment, or if symptoms worsen, or new symptoms appear, it is necessary to consult a doctor. Use the product only according to the indications, method of application, and dosages specified in the instructions.
