How to use

Section: Method of application and doses

For adults - dissolve 1 lozenge every 2 hours (until completely dissolved). The maximum daily dose is 8 lozenges.
For children from 5 years: 1 lozenge every 4 hours.
If symptoms do not disappear within three days, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

Взрослым - каждые 2 часа рассасывать (до полного растворения) по 1 пастилке. Максимальная суточная доза- 8 пастилок.
Детям с 5 лет: по 1 пастилке каждые 4 часа.
Если симптомы заболевания не исчезают в течение трех дней, необходимо обратиться к врачу.

anhydrous citric acid 20.0 mg, levomenthol 2.0 mg, peppermint leaf oil (menthol oil) 0.0012 mg, anise seed oil (anise oil) 0.0023 mg, sucrose 1.638 g, liquid dextrose (glucose) 1.05 g, honey 35.0 mg, concentrated lemon oil 0.007 mg, honey flavoring 0.0046 mg, quinoline yellow dye 0.09 mg.

Round, biconvex lozenges with a rough surface, light yellow in color with a predominant smell of honey and lemon. Uneven coloring, the presence of air bubbles in the caramel mass, and slight irregularity of the edges are permissible. The appearance of a white coating (dusting) may occur.

кислота лимонная безводная 20.0 мг, левоментол 2.0 мг, мяты перечной листьев масло (масло ментоловое) 0.0012 мг, аниса семян масло (масло анисовое) 0.0023 мг, сахароза 1.638 г, декстроза (глюкоза) жидкая 1.05 г, мед 35.0 мг, масло лимонное концентрированное 0.007 мг, ароматизатор медовый 0.0046 мг, краситель хинолиновый желтый 0.09 мг.

Круглые, двояковыпуклые пастилки с шероховатой поверхностью, светло-жёлтого цвета с преобладающим запахом мёда и лимона. Допускается неравномерность окрашивания, наличие пузырьков воздуха в карамельной массе и незначительная неровность краев. Возможно появление белого налета (опудривание).

Use during pregnancy and lactation
During pregnancy and lactation, it is used only if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus and child.
In case of accidental missed doses, do not increase the dose.
The medication can be used by people with diabetes, it should be noted that each GORPILS lozenge contains 2.6 g of glucose and sucrose (equivalent to 0.25 bread units).
There is no information on the effect of the medication on the ability to drive vehicles or operate machinery.

Применение при беременности и лактации
При беременности и в период лактации применяют только в случае, если предполагаемая польза для матери превышает потенциальный риск для плода и ребенка.
При случайном пропуске одного или нескольких приемов дозу не повышают.
Препарат можно применять людям с сахарным диабетом, необходимо учитывать, что каждая пастилка ГОРПИЛС содержит 2,6 г глюкозы и сахарозы (соответствует 0,25 хлебной единице).
Нет сведений о влиянии препарата на способность управлять транспортными средствами или работу с механизмами.

Due to low systemic absorption, data on the pharmacokinetics of the Gorpis preparation are absent.
