Indications

as a biologically active food supplement - a source of indole-3-carbinol and resveratrol.

Method of application and doses

Adults take 1 capsule once a day with meals.
Duration of intake - 1 month.
If necessary, the intake can be repeated.

Composition

indole-3-carbinol, resveratrol (from grape fruit extract or Japanese knotweed root extract), capsule (from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) maltodextrin, anti-caking agents - magnesium stearate (E470) and amorphous silicon dioxide (E551)
