How to use

Always use tampons with the lowest absorbency necessary for you. Change the tampon every 4-8 hours.
-Wash your hands with soap and remove the individual packaging of the tampon.
-Find a comfortable position: sitting on the toilet with your knees apart or standing with your knees bent and legs spread, or place one foot on the toilet.
-Spread the applicator. Hold the outer tube by the applicator handle with your thumb and middle finger. The string for removing the tampon should hang from the inner tube. Insert the tip of the tampon into the vagina at about a 45-degree angle. Push the outer tube into the vagina until your fingers touch your body.
-Push the tampon inside. While holding the outer tube of the tampon applicator, use your index finger to push the inner tube until it reaches the tip of the outer tube (you will hear a slight click).
-Gently pull out both tubes (outer and inner). The string should be outside, and the tampon should be comfortably placed inside you. If you feel discomfort, you may not have inserted the tampon deeply enough. Remove it and insert another one, pushing the applicator a little further.
-You can use a tampon while sleeping, but not for more than 8 hours. Make sure to insert a new tampon before going to sleep and change it immediately upon waking.

Всегда используйте тампоны с наименьшей степенью впитываемости, необходимой Вам. Меняйте тампон каждые 4-8 часов.
-Помой руки с мылом и удали индивидуальную упаковку тампона.
-Найди удобное для себя положение: сидя на унитазе с широко расставленными коленями или стоя, с согнутыми коленями и расставленными ногами, или поставь одну ногу на унитаз.
-Раздвинь аппликатор. Удерживай внешнюю трубочку за ручку аппликатора большим и средним пальцами. Нить для извлечения тампона должна свисать из внутренней трубочки. Введите кончик тампона во влагалище примерно под углом в 45 градусов. Продвинь внешнюю трубочку внутрь влагалища, пока твои пальцы не коснутся тела.
-Протолкни тампон внутрь. Придерживая внешнюю трубочку аппликатора тампона, указательным пальцем нажми на внутреннюю трубочку, чтобы она дошла до кончика внешней (ты услышишь легкий щелчок)

All materials are safe for the natural microflora of the vagina.

Contraindications & warnings

Individual intolerance to the materials of the product.
The use of tampons may cause a rare but serious condition, Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). TSS can be successfully treated if detected early, and most affected individuals fully recover.
If symptoms are detected during menstruation: very high fever (over 39 degrees Celsius), nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, general weakness - it is necessary to immediately remove the tampon and consult a doctor.
Read and keep the information about TSS and the use of tampons included in the packaging.

Women's hygiene is diverse, yet simple.
Failure to adhere to its rules can lead to diseases that may become chronic.
