How to use
Firmly grasp the tampon with clean hands and tear off the colored strip securing the wrapper to remove the protective film.
Straighten the pull cord.
Insert your index finger into the indentation at the base of the tampon.
Choose a comfortable position, relax.
Gently and as deeply as possible insert the tampon into the vagina - ensuring that the cord remains outside.
If you feel resistance while inserting, slightly change the direction of the tampon.
When the tampon is inserted correctly, you should not feel it.
Gently pull on the pull cord to remove the tampon.
The knot at its end ensures easy removal of the tampon.
It is recommended to change tampons at least every 4 hours.

Крепко возьмите тампон чистыми руками и оторвите цветную полоску, скрепляющую оболочку, чтобы снять защитную пленку.
Расправьте вытяжной шнур.
Вставьте указательный палец в углубление основания тампона.
Выберите удобное положение, расслабьтесь.
Аккуратно и как можно глубже введите тампон во влагалище - так, чтобы шнур остался снаружи.
Если при введении Вы чувствуете сопротивление, немного измените направление введения тампона.
Когда тампон введен правильно, Вы его не ощущаете.
Слегка потяните за вытяжной шнур, чтобы извлечь тампон.
Узелок на его конце обеспечивает легкое извлечение тампона.
Рекомендуется менять тампоны не реже, чем раз в 4 часа.
