RDA* - this is strict control over the size and concentration of abrasive particles

• Indicator of controlled abrasiveness

The higher the abrasiveness of the paste, the better it will remove bacterial and pigmented deposits from the enamel surface. The abrasiveness coefficient of pastes is measured by the index "RDA" (RDA - Relative Dentin Abrasivity).
For regular hygiene toothpaste, the RDA should be around 70-80 units.
Whitening toothpaste with an RDA of 80 to 100 units can lighten teeth by approximately 1 shade with regular use over 2 months.
For intensive whitening, pastes with an RDA of 120 to 200 units are suitable (they can lighten teeth by up to 2 shades).
Moreover, pastes with an RDA of 120 are recommended for use over a duration of 1 month, while those with an RDA of 200 should be used regularly once a week.

Чем выше будет абразивность пасты - тем лучше она будет счищать с поверхности эмали бактериальный и пигментный налет. Коэффициент абразивности паст измеряется индексом «RDA» (RDA - Relative dentin abrasivity).
Для обычных гигиенических зубных паст RDA должен быть около 70-80 единиц.
Отбеливающие зубные пасты с RDA от 80 до 100 единиц позволяют осветлить зубы примерно на 1 тон - при регулярном применении в течении 2-х месяцев.
