How to use
Dental floss is recommended for use after each meal of solid food and before each brushing with toothpaste.
Follow these simple rules:
1. Wrap a piece of dental floss approximately 30 cm long around the middle or index fingers of your hands;
2. Pinch a section of floss 5-7 cm long between the thumb and index finger of each hand and gently guide it between the teeth, making several back-and-forth movements;
3. Press the floss against the side surface of the tooth, guiding the edges of the floss behind the gum so that the floss takes on a C-shape, and make 5-8 movements;
4. Move the dental floss between the teeth so that each subsequent gap is cleaned with a new clean section of floss;
5. Use dental floss after each meal and during your evening tooth brushing.

Зубную нить рекомендуется использовать после каждого приема твердой пищи и перед каждой чисткой зубов зубной пастой.
Следуйте простым правилам:
1. Намотайте отрезок зубной нити длиной примерно 30 см на средние или указательные пальцы рук;
2. Зажмите участок нити длиной 5-7 см между большим и указательным пальцами каждой руки и плавно заведите ее между зубами, сделав несколько движений вперед-назад;
3. Прижмите нить к боковой поверхности зуба, края нити заведите за десну таким образом, чтобы нить приняла С-образную форму, сделайте 5-8 движений;
4. Передвигайте зубную нить между зубами так, чтобы каждый следующий промежуток чистить новым чистым участком нити;
5. Используйте зубную нить после каждого приема пищи и во время вечерней чистки зубов.
