How to use

Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush. Brush your teeth in circular motions while gently massaging the gums. Rinse the mouth with a small amount of water, holding it for 20-30 seconds. It is recommended to brush your teeth for 2-3 minutes, at least 2 times a day. Suitable for daily and regular oral care.

Полость рта ополоснуть небольшим количеством воды, задерживая ее на 20-30 секунд.
