Usage recommendations:
• When applying the bandage, unroll the bandage away from yourself. Start bandaging from the base of the fingers, stretching the bandage to 50-60% (leave the fingers free). Do not attempt to stretch the bandage to its full length unnecessarily.
• Securely immobilize the ankle joint by wrapping the bandage around the heel in a hammock style. Then, using descending and ascending turns in a figure-eight pattern, continue bandaging the lower leg. Ensure that each subsequent turn overlaps the previous one by half.
• As you approach the knee joint, slightly loosen the tension of the bandage. If necessary, continue applying the bandage to the knee and thigh with similar descending and ascending turns.
• When finished, secure the end of the bandage with a Velcro fastener. The bandage can be applied similarly to other joints or muscles.
• Before the next use, the bandage should be rolled up. Start rolling from the fastener. Then tuck it inward and continue rolling the bandage into a roll.
