STRUCTAMIN - A biologically active dietary supplement (BAD) - A phytopreparation based on unsaponifiable compounds of avocado and soy to reduce negative symptoms in knee and hip joint diseases.
Appearance and properties: Tasteless brown capsules. The contents of the capsules are oily with a soybean taste.

The amount of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and energy value based on daily intake is less than 2 percent of the values reflecting the daily requirement of an adult for proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and energy.
“Structamin” is a phytopreparation created from unsaponifiable compounds of avocado and soy, which helps reduce negative symptoms in knee and hip joint diseases1,2. This effect is achieved through a unique dual mechanism of action that has proven effective in suppressing inflammation and cellular damage to articular cartilage3.
Unsaponifiable compounds of avocado and soy, in addition to complex therapy for joint structure disorders, contribute to:
• reduction of inflammatory processes and pain sensations;
• regeneration of cartilage tissue structure by activating the production of its own cartilage matrix components: endogenous collagen, chondroitin, and hyaluronic acid;
• prevention of cartilage destruction by blocking the production of destructive components; reinforcing the cartilage matrix, providing internal tone and elasticity to the joint, and improving motor activity;
• reduction of the need for non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
Unsaponifiable compounds of avocado and soy are a natural supplement obtained through the hydrolysis of oils from the fruits and seeds of avocado and soybeans by molecular distillation. When this supplement is combined with alkali, it does not form soap, which is why these compounds are called "unsaponifiable." It is the unsaponifiable part that contains the necessary active substances. In the “Structamin” phytopreparation, an optimal and scientifically justified dosage is selected: 200 mg of soy and 100 mg of avocado with a content of polyols, tocopherols, long-chain saturated hydrocarbons, squalene, and a phytosterol content of at least 28%.
The action of unsaponifiable compounds in “Structamin” is aimed at stimulating anabolic processes: synthesis of macromolecules of the extracellular matrix of cartilage - proteoglycans, hyaluronate, and type II collagen3. At the same time, the key components of “Structamin” - unsaponifiable compounds of avocado and soy - can reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, thereby alleviating the most unpleasant symptom, namely - pain sensations3.
Numerous studies have proven3 that unsaponifiable compounds of avocado and soy:
• stimulate regenerative processes in the joint by activating the production of its own main components of cartilage (collagen, chondrocytes, and hyaluronic acid)
• reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines that cause pain and discomfort in people suffering from osteoarthritis.
• block the production of destructive components that can lead to further cartilage destruction.
“Structamin” belongs to preparations characterized by a delayed action. Therefore, a prolonged intake of 3 to 6 months is recommended.

«Структамин» - фитопрепарат, созданный на основе неомыляемых соединений авокадо и сои, который способствует уменьшению негативной симптоматики при заболеваниях коленного и тазобедренного суставов1,2. Такой эффект достигается благодаря уникальному двойному механизму действия, который доказал свою эффективность в подавлении воспаления и клеточного повреждения суставного хряща3.
Неомыляемые соединения авокадо и сои в дополнение к комплексной терапии нарушения структуры суставов способствуют:
• уменьшению воспалительных процессов и болезненных ощущений;
• регенерации структуры хрящевой ткани, за счет активизации выработки собственных компонентов хрящевого матрикса: собственного коллагена, хондроитина и гиалуроновой кислоты;
• предупреждению разрушений хряща, блокируя выработку деструктивных компонентов; армировании хрящевого матрикса, приданию суставу внутреннего тонуса и упругости и улучшению двигательной активности;
• снижению потребности в применении нестероидных противовоспалительных средств (НПВС).
Неомыляемые соединения авокадо и сои - это натуральная добавка, полученная в результате гидролиза масел из плодов и семян авокадо и соевых бобов методом молекулярной дистилляции. При соединении этой добавки с щёлочью она не образует мыла, поэтому эти соединения и получили название «неомыляемые». Именно неомыляемая часть содержит необходимые активные вещества. В фитопрепарате «Структамин» подобрана оптимальная и научно обоснованная дозировка: 200 мг сои и 100 мг авокадо при содержании полиолов, токоферолов, насыщенных углеводородов с длинной цепью, сквалена, а также при содержании фитостеринов не менее 28%.
Действие неомыляемых соединений в составе «Структамина» направлено на стимуляцию анаболитических процессов: синтеза макромолекул внеклеточного матрикса хряща - протеогликанов, гиалуроната и коллагена 2 типа3. При этом, ключевые компоненты «Структамина» - неомыляемые соединения авокадо и сои - способны снижать производство провоспалительных цитокинов, тем самым убирая самый неприятный симптом, а именно - болезненные ощущения3.
Многочисленными исследованиями доказано3, что неомыляемые соединения авокадо и сои:
