Indications

• early rehabilitation period after plaster cast immobilization of the wrist joint and hand, injuries and surgeries of the distal forearm, wrist joint, and carpal bones;
• prevention and treatment of flexion contractures;
• rehabilitation period for Kienböck's disease;
• ulnar and carpal syndromes, Zudeck's syndrome;
• osteoarthritis-arthritis of the wrist joint in the acute phase;
• mild tendovaginitis and during rehabilitation, styloiditis;
• ligament injuries and bruises of the wrist joint;
• rehabilitation period for tendon injuries and surgeries of the hand;
• treatment of uncomplicated fractures of the distal metaphyses of the forearm bones during callus formation;
• specific and dysplastic moderately expressed lesions of the wrist joint and carpal bones: as an adjunctive treatment;
• neuritis of the radial and ulnar nerves, hypotonia and hypotrophy of the forearm muscles.

How to use

The brace is worn directly on the body or, if necessary, over a cotton stocking.
Due to the presence of adjustable Velcro, the orthosis can even be worn over postoperative dressings (consultation with a doctor is required).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PRODUCT.
The specifics and duration of wearing the orthosis can only be determined by the treating medical specialist.
The tutor can only be washed in warm water by hand, using gentle powders and conditioners. We recommend drying the orthosis in a laid-out position, away from heating appliances.

Wrist circumference: 20-23 cm

Fixation and stabilization of the wrist joint, distal third of the forearm; possible modeling of the required hand position; micro-massage; thermal effect.
The bandage is equipped with an aluminum alloy plate and four Velcro fasteners.
The compression effect and heat-retaining properties of the bandage improve blood circulation, helping to reduce swelling and accelerate recovery, while limiting joint mobility alleviates pain syndrome.
