2. PREPARATION FOR BLOOD COLLECTION
AUTOMATIC LANCET DEVICE
The automatic lancet device and sterile lancets are intended for obtaining blood for testing.

1. The lancet is intended for single use only.
2. Always keep the lancet device and lancets clean.
3. Carefully remove the used lancet from the lancet device.
4. Store lancets out of reach of children.
IMPORTANT:
The lancet device and lancets are intended for use by one person only.
DO NOT allow anyone else to use it, even family members.
DO NOT USE for multiple patients.
PREPARATION FOR OPERATION OF THE LANCET DEVICE
STEP 1: Unscrew the cap of the lancet device. Insert the lancet into the lancet holder. Press the lancet down until it reaches the bottom of the holder.
STEP 2: Remove the protective cap from the lancet with a twisting motion.
STEP 3: Replace the screw cap of the lancet device. Set the depth of puncture regulator to the desired position. There are 5 levels of puncture:
1-2 for soft or thin skin
3 for medium skin
4-5 for thick or calloused skin
STEP 4: Pull the cocking part of the lancet device all the way back, then release it. The lancet device is ready for use.

ПОДГОТОВКА К РАБОТЕ СКАРИФИКАТОРА
ШАГ 1: Отвинтите крышку скарификатора. Вставьте ланцет в
держатель ланцета. Надавите на ланцет, чтобы он дошел до
дна держателя.
ШАГ 2: Поворотным движением удалите с ланцета защитную
крышку.
ШАГ 3: Установите на место завинчивающуюся крышку
скарификатора. Выставьте регулятор глубины прокола в
необходимое вам положение. Имеется 5 уровней прокола:
1-2 для мягкой или тонкой кожи
3 для средней кожи
4-5 для толстой или мозолистой кожи
ШАГ 4: Потяните взводную часть скарификатора до упора, а
затем опустите. Скарификатор готов к работе.

Glucometer "Diacont" was developed by the company "Diacont" in collaboration with scientists from the Department of Chemical Enzymology, Laboratory of Ecobiocatalysis, Lomonosov Moscow State University, and the Protein Institute in Pushchino. Country of manufacture: Taiwan (OK Biotech).
Care for the glucometer
No special maintenance is required for the glucometer. To clean the device from external dust or dirt, it is recommended to use a soft cloth dampened with warm soapy water or a special cleaning agent. After that, the glucometer should be wiped with a dry cloth for drying. It is important to remember that the device should not be exposed to water and organic solvents during cleaning. The glucometer is an accurate device. Therefore, it should be handled with care. Before use, carefully read the instructions! Do not use test strips after the expiration date! Do not reuse test strips!

Уход за глюкометром
Специальное обслуживание для глюкометра не требуется. Чтобы очистить прибор от внешней пыли или грязи, рекомендуется использовать мягкую ткань, смоченную в теплой мыльной воде или специальном чистящем средстве. После этого нужно протереть глюкометр сухой тканью для просушивания. Важно помнить, что устройство при чистке нельзя подвергать воздействию воды и органических растворителей. Глюкометр является точным прибором. Поэтому обращаться с ним нужно аккуратно. Перед использованием внимательно изучите инструкцию! Не используйте тест-полоски после окончания срока годности! Не используйте тест-полоски повторно!
