Indications
The blood glucose level measuring device GLUCOCARD Σ+ Link Sigma Plus Link (hereinafter referred to as the glucometer) is intended for the quantitative measurement of glucose levels in fresh whole capillary blood.
It is used for monitoring blood glucose levels in individuals with diabetes by non-professionals at home, as well as by healthcare professionals in medical organizations.

Прибор для измерения уровня глюкозы в крови ГЛЮКОКАРД Σ+ Линк Сигма плюс Линк (далее по тексту-глюкометр) предназначен для количественного измерения уровня глюкозы в свежей цельной капиллярной крови.
Используется для мониторинга содержания глюкозы в крови при наблюдении за сахарным диабетом непрофессионалами в домашних условиях, а также медработниками в медицинских организациях.
How to use
To conduct a blood glucose level analysis, follow these steps:
1. With clean, dry hands, take 1 test strip from the vial.
NOTE
- Do not apply blood to the test strip before inserting it into the glucometer.
2. Insert the test strip fully into the appropriate slot.
The glucometer will turn on. Ensure that the entire screen is displayed, as shown in section 2.6 of the device instructions.
A flashing blood drop symbol will appear on the screen.
If nothing appears on the screen, remove the test strip and reinsert it into the appropriate slot.

Проведение анализа уровня глюкозы в крови необходимо начать со следующих шагов.
1. Чистыми сухими руками достаньте 1 тест-полоску из флакона.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ
-Нельзя наносить кровь на тест-полоску до её введения в глюкометр.
2. Вставьте тест-полоску до упора в соответствующее отверстие.
Глюкометр включится. Убедитесь, что появился полностью весь экран, как показано в разделе 2.6. инструкции к прибору.
На экране появится мигающий символ капли крови.
Если на экране ничего не появилось, вытащите тест-полоску и вставьте её повторно в соответствующее отверстие.
Contraindications & warnings
The device is not intended for newborns.
For testing with the glucometer "GLUCOKARD Σ+ Link," only use "GLUCOKARD Σ" test strips. The use of other test strips is prohibited, as this leads to inaccurate test results.
• Do not use test strips after their expiration date.
• Do not use test strips if more than 6 months have passed since the bottle was opened.
• Test strips are intended for single use only.
• Do not use test strips that have come into contact with blood or control solution.
• It is necessary to tightly close the bottle immediately after removing a test strip.

Для проведения анализа с помощью глюкометра «ГЛЮКОКАРД Σ+ Линк» следует
применять только тест-полоски «ГЛЮКОКАРД Σ».
Запрещается применять другие тест-полоски, так как это ведет к получению
неточных результатов анализа.
• Не используйте тест-полоски после истечения их срока годности.
• Не используйте тест-полоски, если с момента открытия флакона прошло более 6 месяцев.
• Тест-полоски предназначены только для одноразового применения.
• Не используйте тест-полоски, на которые уже попадала кровь или контрольный раствор.
• Необходимо плотно закрыть флакон сразу после извлечения тест-полоски.

"Glucokard Sigma + Link" transmits data via Bluetooth to iOS and Android in the "WeChek" app. Information on setting up Bluetooth wireless communication is available in the user manual inside the packaging.

When the wireless function is enabled, the memory symbol and Bluetooth connection symbol are displayed, and wireless communication starts automatically.
Be sure to follow the procedures outlined in the app.
After the connection is complete, the word "End" will appear on the screen, and the device will turn off. In case of a connection failure, "---" will appear on the screen, and the device will turn off.
If the device does not turn off after a few minutes, press and hold the button and either disable wireless communication or import data according to the operating procedures outlined in the app.
If you are unable to do this, remove the batteries as described in Section 9.3 of the instructions and reinstall them.
