How to use
For local use. Slowly dissolve in the mouth until completely dissolved.
Adults and children from 15 years: 1 lozenge every 2 hours, but no more than 6 lozenges per day.
• Children from 10 to 15 years: 1 lozenge every 3 hours, but no more than 4 lozenges per day.
• Children from 5 to 10 years: 1 lozenge every 4 hours, but no more than 3 lozenges per day.
The treatment course should not exceed 5 days.

Chlorhexidine diacetate 2.00 mg
Tetracaine hydrochloride 0.20 mg
Ascorbic acid 50.00 mg
Excipients: dextrose syrup, sucrose, levomenthol, peppermint oil flavoring, anethole, banana flavoring, carmine red E 120, purified water.
Flat, round lozenges with beveled edges, having a rough surface, ranging in color from pink to pinkish-red with a specific odor. Uneven coloring, the presence of air bubbles in the caramel mass, and slight irregularity of the edges are permissible.

Плоские круглые, со скошенным краем пастилки с шероховатой поверхностью от розового до розовато-красного цвета со специфическим запахом. Допускается неравномерность окрашивания, наличие пузырьков воздуха в карамельной массе и незначительная неровность краев.
Contraindications & warnings
Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug; age under 5 years; first trimester of pregnancy; sucrose/isomaltase deficiency; fructose intolerance; glucose-galactose malabsorption; hypersensitivity (including to other local anesthetics of the ester group or para-aminobenzoic acid and its derivatives.
With caution:
In the second and third trimesters of pregnancy as prescribed by a doctor; during lactation; in diabetes mellitus; in glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency; in hemochromatosis; in sideroblastic anemia; in thalassemia; in hyperoxaluria; in oxalosis; and in urolithiasis.
It is not recommended to use simultaneously with oral and throat treatments containing iodine (Lugol's solution, povidone-iodine). The ascorbic acid included in the formulation may alter the results of certain laboratory tests, which should be communicated when undergoing tests.
Patients with diabetes mellitus should note that one lozenge contains 1.4 g of sucrose, which corresponds to 0.12 XE.
The use of the product for more than 5 days is undesirable due to the potential disruption of the normal microflora of the oral cavity and throat. Lozenge should not be taken immediately before or during meals. After taking the product, it is not recommended to brush teeth, as the surfactants in toothpaste can inactivate chlorhexidine. The product may affect the results of anti-doping control.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery: According to pharmacological properties, the product does not affect activities that require increased attention and quick psychomotor reactions.

Повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата, детский возраст до 5 лет, I триместр беременности, дефицит сахаразы / изомальтазы, непереносимость фруктозы, глюкозо-галактозная мальабсорбция, гиперчувствительность (в том числе к другим местноанестезирующим лекарственным средствам группы эфиров или парааминобензойной кислоте и ее призводным).
С осторожностью:
Во II и III триместрах беременности по назначению врача, в период, лактаций, при сахарном диабете, дефиците глюкозо-6-фосфатдегидрогеназы, гемохроматозе, сидеробластной анемии, талассемии, гипероксалурии, оксалозе и мочекаменной болезни.
Не рекомендуется применять одновременно с препаратами для лечения полости рта и глотки, содержащими йод (раствор Люголя, повидон-йод). Аскорбиновая-кислота, входящая в состав препарата, может изменять результаты некоторых лабораторных тестов, о чем следует сообщить при проведении анализов.
Больным сахарным диабетом необходимо учитывать, что в одной пастилке содержится 1,4 г сахарозы, что соответствует 0,12 ХЕ.
Применение препарата более 5 дней нежелательно из-за возможного нарушения нормальной микрофлоры полости рта и глотки. Не следует принимать пастилки непосредственно перед приемом пищи или во время еды. После приема препарата не рекомендуется чистить зубы, поскольку содержащиеся в зубной пасте поверхностноактивные вещества способны инактивировать хлоргексидин. Препарат может повлиять на результаты антидопингового контроля.
Влияние на способность управлять транспортными средствами и другими механизмами:
Согласно фармакологическим свойствам, препарат не оказывает влияния на виды деятельности, требующие повышенной концентрации внимания и быстроты психомоторных реакций.
Side effects, overdose & interactions
Allergic reactions are possible (in patients with increased sensitivity to the components of the drug).
Exceeding the recommended duration of therapy may cause a temporary disturbance in taste); damage to dental enamel (staining, tartar formation) is also possible.
Symptoms: dizziness, general weakness, cyanosis, agitation, anxiety, muscle tremor, respiratory distress, nausea, vomiting.
Treatment: gastric lavage, administration of saline laxatives; symptomatic therapy.
Chlorhexidine is incompatible with detergents containing an anionic group (saponins, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose). Concurrent use with iodine is not recommended. Ethanol enhances the effect of the drug. Tetracaine reduces the antibacterial activity of sulfanilamide drugs. Vasoconstrictors prolong the effect and reduce the toxicity of tetracaine. Ascorbic acid increases the concentration of benzylpenicillin and tetracyclines in the blood. It improves the absorption of iron preparations in the intestine. It reduces the effectiveness of heparin and indirect anticoagulants. It increases the risk of crystalluria when treating with salicylates and short-acting sulfanilamides, and decreases the concentration of oral contraceptives in the blood.

Превышение рекомендуемого срока терапии может вызвать кратковременное нарушение вкуса); также возможно повреждение зубной эмали (окрашивание, отложение зубного камня).
Симптомы: головокружение, общая слабость, цианоз, возбуждение, беспокойство, мышечный тремор, нарушение дыхания, тошнота, рвота.
Лечение: промывание желудка, назначение солевых слабительных; симптоматическая терапия.
Хлоргексидин не совместим с детергентами, содержащими анионную группу (сапонины, натрия лаурилсульфат, натрия карбоксиметилцеллюлоза). Не рекомендуется - одновременное применение с йодом. Этанол усиливает эффект препарата. Тетракаин снижает антибактериальную активность сульфаниламидных препаратов. Сосудосуживающие средства удлиняют эффект и уменьшают токсичность тетракаина. Аскорбиновая кислота повышает концентрацию в крови бензилпенициллина и тетрациклинов. Улучшает всасывание в кишечнике препаратов железа. Снижает эффективность гепарина и непрямых антикоагулянтов. Увеличивает риск развития кристаллурии при лечении салицилатами и сульфаниламидами короткого действия, снижает концентрацию в крови пероральных контрацептивов.
Pharmacology
Chlorhexidine exhibits bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects. It has a broad antibacterial spectrum against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and is active against Candida albicans. Chlorhexidine is particularly effective against Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus salivarius, Escherichia coli, and anaerobic bacteria. It is less effective against microorganisms such as Streptococcus spp., Proteus spp., Pseudomonas spp., Klebsiella spp., and Veillonella spp.
The anesthetic tetracaine provides local anesthetic action. The anesthetic effect occurs within 1-2 minutes after application.
Ascorbic acid is involved in the synthesis of collagen and tissue regeneration, regulation of redox processes, and enhances immune responses. By reducing capillary permeability, it helps decrease inflammation and swelling of the mucous membranes in the oral cavity and throat.
