Composition
Dry extract of Fucus vesiculosus; dry extract of Phyllanthus niruri; dry extract of Desmodium styracifolium; gelatin (in the capsule shell); titanium dioxide (colorant in the capsule shell); iron oxide (colorant in the capsule shell); aerosil (anti-caking agent).
In a daily dose (2 capsules) contains:
Fucoidan 50 mg
Iodine 30 mcg

Pharmacology
OKSALIT is a complex of biologically active components, the combination of which positively affects various systems of the body, preventing the occurrence of urolithiasis.
Characteristics of the components of OKSALIT according to numerous literature data:
Fucus vesiculosus
• capable of reducing the concentration of oxalate in the blood and urine;
• capable of decreasing calcium excretion in urine;
• fucoidan, contained in the extract of Fucus, increases the concentration of lithogenesis inhibitors in urine - substances that block the stone formation process;
• fucoidan, contained in the extract of Fucus, has a unique effect of reducing the likelihood of calcium oxalate crystals adhering to the epithelial cells of the renal tubules.
Phyllanthus niruri
• reduces the number and mass of calcium oxalate stones formed;
• normalizes calcium metabolism in patients with hypercalciuria (increased calcium excretion in urine), significantly reducing its excretion;
• decreases the growth rate of calcium oxalate crystals;
• in the presence of existing stones, makes them smoother in shape and less hard, which significantly facilitates their passage through the urinary tract;
• allows for a reduction in the frequency of recurrent stone formation and the need for extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL).
Desmodium styracifolium
• prevents the adhesion of crystals to the walls of renal tubules;
• reduces the size of forming calcium oxalate particles;
• prevents the formation of calcium oxalate crystals by increasing the excretion of citrate in urine, as well as the formation of soluble calcium citrate, which is easily excreted in urine.

ОКСАЛИТ - комплекс биологически активных компонентов, комбинация которых благоприятно воздействует на различные системы организма, предупреждающие возникновение мочекаменной болезни.
Характеристики компонентов ОКСАЛИТ согласно многочисленным литературным данным:
Фукус пузырчатый (Fucus vesiculosus)
• способен снижать концентрацию оксалата в крови и в моче;
• способен уменьшить выделение кальция с мочой;
• фукоидан, содержащийся в экстракте Фукуса, повышает в моче концентрацию ингибиторов литогенеза - веществ, которые блокируют процесс камнеобразования»;
• фукоидан, содержащийся в экстракте Фукуса, обладает уникальным эффектом уменьшать вероятность прикрепления кристаллов оксалата кальция к клеткам эпителия мочевых канальцев.
Филлантус нирури (Phyllanthus niruri)
• уменьшает число и массу образующихся кальций-оксалатных камней;
• нормализует метаболизм кальция у пациентов с гиперкальциурией (повышенным выделением кальция с мочой), значительно уменьшая его экскрецию;
• снижает скорость роста кристаллов оксалата кальция;
• при уже существующих камнях, делает их более гладкими по форме и менее твердыми, что существенно облегчает их выведение из мочевых путей;
• позволяет снизить частоту повторного камнеобразования и потребность в дистанционной литотрипсии (ДЛТ).
Десмодиум стираксолистный (Desmodium styracifolium)
• препятствует прикреплению кристаллов к стенкам почечных канальцев;
• снижает размер образующихся частиц кальций-оксалата;
• предотвращает образование кристаллов оксалата кальция за счет увеличения выделения с мочой цитрата, а также образование растворимого цитрата кальция, который легко выводится с мочой.

"OXALIT" is a complex of biologically active components, the combination of which positively affects various systems of the body, preventing the occurrence of urolithiasis, primarily oxalate stones.
The active components contribute to a significant reduction in the concentration of oxalates in the blood and urine, as well as a decrease in the rate of stone growth and the frequency of recurrent stone formation after surgical treatment. OXALIT has good tolerability due to the absence of side effects, does not have a diuretic effect, and does not exert toxic influence on the liver and kidneys.
