How to use

• Determine the area of application for the medical device.
• The skin must be dry, clean, and degreased before application.
• Before applying, palpate the problem area to feel how the muscles are positioned.
• It is essential to measure the appropriate length of the tape based on the area you intend to tape.
• Round the corners of the tape.
• Peel off the protective paper backing.
• Adhere at the junction/attachment point of the muscles and smooth it down with your hands.
• Depending on the application technique, the tape can be applied with tension or without. It is important to note that subsequent smoothing of the tape should always be done from the center of the strip to its edges to avoid peeling at the ends. Avoid the formation of creases or folds.
• It is recommended to apply the tape 30 - 40 minutes before any physical activity.
• After showering, bathing, or swimming, the tape should be dried with a towel or gauze.
• The duration of wearing the tape depends on the body part and the purpose for which the tape is applied. In contact with intact skin, it is advisable to wear it for at least 24 hours but no more than 7 days. After that, if necessary, to achieve the desired effect, it is recommended to apply a new tape.
• Remove the tape from the skin carefully. First, thoroughly moisten the base, then peel off the upper fixing end of the tape and slowly roll the tape off with your fingers along its entire length. If there are adhesive residues on the skin, apply a thin layer of oil - oil effectively dissolves acrylic adhesive.

• Определить область нанесения медицинского изделия.
• Перед нанесением кожа должна быть сухой, чистой и обезжиренной.
• Перед наложением прощупать проблемную область, чтобы почувствовать, как проходят мышцы.
• Обязательно перед наложением отмерить соответствующую длину тейпа в зависимости от области, которую собираетесь тейпировать.
• Закруглить уголки тейпа.
• Отклеить защитную бумажную подложку.
• Приклеить в месте соединения/прикрепления мышц и разгладить руками.
• В зависимости от техники наложения, тейп можно приклеивать с натяжением или без такового. Необходимо обратить внимание на то, что последующее разглаживание тейпа происходит всегда от середины ленты к её краям, во избежание отклеивания концов. Не допускать оброзование заломов или складок.
• Рекомендуется накладывать тейп за 30 - 40 минут до какой-либо физической нагрузки.
• После приёма душа, ванны, плавания, тейп необходимо подсушить полотенцем или марлей.
• Длительность ношения тейпа зависит от того, на какую часть тела и с какой целью тейп наносится. При этом, при контакте с неповреждённой кожей желательно не менее 24 часов, но не более 7 дней. После, в случае необходимости, для получения желаемого эффекта, рекомендуем наложить новый тейп.
• Удалить тейп с кожи нужно аккуратно. Для начало тщательно намочите основу, после отклейте верхнее фиксирующее окончание тейпа и медленными движениями пальцев скатывайте тейп по всей длине. Если на коже остались следы клея, нанесите тонкий слой масла - масло хорошо растворяет акриловый клей.
