Pharmacology
The Russian manufacturing group 'Altex' has been present in the professional market of dressing materials since 1992.
The company is certified as a manufacturer of medical devices for municipal and state needs.
The product models the wound surface and, thanks to its anti-adhesive properties, can act as an antiseptic barrier between the secondary dressing and the wound.
The wipes have antimicrobial action. The basic wound healing and analgesic effect is due to the properties of the biocompatible polymer.
The ACTIVEKSTEX wipes consist of a textile base made of knitted fabric, onto which a composition of biocompatible gel-forming polysaccharide polymer and medicinal substances with a sticky edge is applied.
• Composition and mechanism of action:
A combination of antiseptic based on chlorhexidine and analgesic substance (lidocaine) penetrates through the skin pores to the sites of inflammation, alleviating pain sensations.

Aktivtex Chlorhexidine and Lidocaine Antimicrobial Wipe 10x10 cm - is a textile base made of knitted fabric, onto which a composition of biocompatible gel-forming polymer-polysaccharide and medicinal products with a sticky edge is applied. The product models the wound surface and, due to its anti-adhesive properties, can serve as an antiseptic barrier between the secondary dressing and the wound. The wipes have antimicrobial action. The combination of the antiseptic based on chlorhexidine and the analgesic (lidocaine) penetrates through the skin pores to the sites of inflammation, alleviating pain sensations. Aktivtex wipes are used for the treatment of "closed" skin wounds (bruises, hematomas, calluses, abrasions...).
Method of use: moisten the wipe with water, apply, and secure with a bandage. Moisten again if it dries out. Allergic reactions to the medicinal product may occur.
