How to use
Adults: 3 capsules (400 mg) or 3 tablets (400 mg) twice a day with meals, or 3 capsules (800 mg) once a day with meals.
Duration of use: 1-3 months.
If necessary, the course can be repeated.

Pharmacology
TSYGAPAN OSTE - A biologically active food supplement (BAA) containing powdered antlers of the northern deer. This active natural complex includes 11 vitamins, 63 micro- and macroelements, 20 amino acids, phospholipids, and natural collagen.
It contributes to reducing the degree of osteoporosis, accelerating the recovery of bone and muscle tissue after injuries and fractures, and replenishing minerals.
The calcium present helps strengthen teeth, nails, and hair.
When taken in the recommended amounts (6 capsules per day), the body will receive on average:
Vitamin D3 - 15 mcg
Iron - 2.1 mg
Calcium - 408 mg
Phosphorus - 168 mg
Collagen - 422.4 mg
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
All nutrients are in natural forms.
Calcium, phosphorus, and collagen form an ossein-hydroxyapatite complex, which is closest in composition to the human body and ensures 75% bioavailability of calcium.
Iron bisglycinate is necessary for osteosynthesis. It participates in collagen metabolism - the main protein of all types of connective tissue, including bone. Iron deficiency anemia inevitably leads to reduced bone strength.
The presence of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is essential for calcium absorption in the intestine and for maintaining phosphorus-calcium metabolism.
