Thanks to the presence of niacinamide and panthenol in the composition, the toner regulates the activity of sebaceous glands, improves blood circulation in the tissues, brightens and tightens enlarged pores, mattifies, and eliminates oily shine.
Urea, possessing exfoliating, anti-inflammatory, and moisturizing properties, instantly soothes and relieves flaking, preventing skin dryness.
