LEKOLIKE CHOLINE 500 - A dietary supplement from the company "LEKOLAIK" recommended as a source of choline and contributes to:
- maintaining liver health;
- normalizing fat and carbohydrate metabolism;
- improving cognitive brain functions.
Content in 2 tablets (daily dosage):
Choline - 500 mg 100% of the adequate intake level
Choline is an essential nutrient that plays a vital role in supporting energy metabolism, brain functions, growth, and development.
Without choline, cells would lack membranes, inflammatory processes would progress, brain function would suffer, and the body would be unable to properly utilize dietary fats and carbohydrates.
In other words, choline is necessary for life.
Choline deficiency increases the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic disorders, negatively affects the development of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and directly correlates with memory impairments, attention concentration issues, and cognitive dysfunctions.
Choline is produced in the liver, but in small amounts - no more than 10% of the daily requirement.
This is clearly insufficient for the normal functioning of the body.
Therefore, about 90% of choline must be obtained from food.
