The source of uronic acids is the polysaccharides of Icelandic moss, which is included in the composition of the tablets.
Action: Contributes to the improvement of the functional state of the upper respiratory tract: by providing a coating effect, it soothes irritation and facilitates the regeneration of damaged epithelium. Expectorant action. Has a beneficial effect on throat irritation, dry cough, hoarseness, and voice loss. Exhibits bactericidal and antiseptic properties (anti-inflammatory effect).
Icelandic moss helps expel phlegm from the lungs, eases breathing, alleviates cough, boosts immunity, and protects against viral and cold diseases. An excellent immunomodulator when taken for an extended period with antibiotics. Used since ancient times for the treatment of pneumonia, whooping cough, and pleurisy. The components of the lichen kill the tuberculosis bacillus. The moss is also prescribed for individuals with skin diseases, for the treatment of psoriasis, dermatitis, allergic reactions, or burns. The mucus contained in the moss positively affects intestinal peristalsis, normalizing gastrointestinal function. Due to its wound-healing properties, the plant is used for the treatment of gastritis, gastric ulcers, gum inflammation, and mucosal disorders. The plant contains minerals, B vitamins, carbohydrates, bitters, and retinol.
Cetraria islandica improves the functional state of patients suffering from:

Description
Icelandica is a dietary supplement that comes in 700 mg tablets. Each package contains 24 tablets. Icelandica is made from plant materials and contains an extract of lichen (Cetraria Islandica). The biological properties of the lichen allow Icelandica to be used for strengthening the immune system, as well as for the prevention and treatment of respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases.
