Indications

As part of combination therapy: chronic reactive hepatitis, cholangitis, acalculous cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia of the hypokinetic type, atonic constipation, postcholecystectomy syndrome.

В составе комплексной терапии: хронический реактивный гепатит, холангит, бескаменный (некалькулезный) холецистит, дискинезия желчевыводящих путей по гипокинетическому типу, атонический запор, постхолецистэктомический синдром.

How to use

Orally, after meals. Adults - 1-2 tablets 3-4 times a day. Children over 12 years - 1 tablet 3 times a day. Treatment course is 3-4 weeks.
In case of exacerbation of diseases, take 1 tablet 2-3 times a day for 1-2 months.
Repeat treatment courses are conducted with an interval of 3 months after consulting a doctor. Before using the medication in children, consult a doctor.

Внутрь, после еды. Взрослым - по 1-2 таблетки 3-4 раза в сутки. Детям старше 12 лет - по 1 таблетке 3 раза в день. Курс лечения 3-4 недели.

Excipients: potato starch, magnesium oxide, colloidal silicon dioxide (aerosil), talc, calcium stearate;
Coating composition: VIVACOAT PM-2P-169 [hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide, macrogol 3350 (polyethylene glycol 3350), hypromellose, yellow quinoline dye (E104), yellow iron oxide (E172), sunset yellow dye (E110)], polyvinyl alcohol, talc, macrogol 3350 (polyethylene glycol 3350), polysorbate 80 (tween 80)

Round biconvex film-coated tablets from light yellow to yellow in color. The core is grayish-black in cross-section, with light specks allowed.

Contraindications & warnings

Increased sensitivity to the components of the drug; calculous cholecystitis; obstructive jaundice; acute hepatitis; acute and subacute liver dystrophy; peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum (during exacerbation); acute enterocolitis; acute pancreatitis; pediatric age under 12 years.

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
The use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding is possible if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus and child. Consultation with a physician is necessary.

Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery
The use of the drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and engage in other potentially dangerous activities that require increased attention and quick psychomotor reactions.

Повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата, калькулезный холецистит, обтурационная желтуха, острый гепатит, острая и подострая дистрофия печени, язвенная болезнь желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки (в фазе обострения), острый энтероколит, острый панкреатит, детский возраст до 12 лет.

Treatment: symptomatic.

Medications containing aluminum hydroxide, cholestyramine, and colestipol reduce absorption and decrease the effect of the drug. Concurrent use is not advisable.

Pharmacology

Choleretic (cholekinetic and choleretic) agent, reduces putrefactive and fermentative processes in the intestine. Enhances the secretory function of liver cells, reflexively increases the secretory and motor activity of the gastrointestinal tract. Increases the formation of bile and bile acids. The action of bile is due to the reflex influence on the secretory function of the liver parenchyma. Bile also enhances the secretory and motor functions of the gastrointestinal tract. Substances contained in garlic enhance the secretory and motor function of the gastrointestinal tract, stimulate bile secretion. Nettle leaves possess choleretic and anti-inflammatory properties. Activated charcoal is an adsorbent that binds toxic substances in the gastrointestinal tract.

The drug is well absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract. Cholic and chenodeoxycholic acids contained in the drug undergo 7-alpha-dehydroxylation in the intestine. Chenodeoxycholic acid, in addition, is metabolized in the liver: it conjugates with amino acids, is secreted into bile, from where it is released back into the intestine, then partially reabsorbed; the remaining portion is excreted through the intestine.

Желчегонное (холекинетическое и холеретическое) средство, снижает процессы гниения и брожения в кишечнике. Усиливает секреторную функцию клеток печени, рефлекторно повышает секреторную и двигательную активность органов желудочно-кишечного тракта. Усиливает образование желчи и желчных кислот. Действие желчи обусловлено рефлекторным влиянием на секреторную функцию паренхимы печени. Желчь усиливает также секреторную и двигательную функции желудочно-кишечного тракта. Вещества, содержащиеся в чесноке, усиливают секреторную и моторную функцию желудочно-кишечного тракта, стимулируют секрецию желчи. Листья крапивы обладают желчегонным и противовоспалительным свойствами. Уголь активированный является адсорбентом, связывающим токсические вещества в желудочно-кишечном тракте.

Препарат хорошо всасывается в желудочно-кишечном тракте. Холевая и хенодезоксихолевая кислоты, содержащиеся в препарате, подвергаются 7-альфа-дегидроксилированию в кишечнике. Хенодезоксихолевая кислота, кроме того, подвергается метаболизму в печени: конъюгирует с аминокислотами, секретируется в желчь, откуда вновь выделяется в кишечник, затем частично реабсорбируется; остальная часть выводится через кишечник.
