Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol acetate) is a powerful antioxidant, and an adequate amount in the body contributes to the uninterrupted functioning of many organs, as well as slowing down their aging processes. Vitamin E protects the body's cells from damage by free radicals and activates "cellular respiration," helping the body resist age-related changes in the cardiovascular, nervous, muscular, and reproductive systems of both men and women. Additionally, vitamin E promotes better absorption of vitamins A and D.
Content of vitamin E in the recommended daily dose (in 1 capsule): at least 80 mg
Nutritional value per 1 capsule: fat - 0.1 g.
