Contraindications & warnings
Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug, congenital fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, sucrase/isomaltase deficiency, pregnancy (first trimester), childhood.
With caution:
Conditions accompanied by hypercoagulation of blood and a tendency to thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, diabetes mellitus.
If you have any of the listed conditions, consult your doctor before taking the drug.
Pregnancy and lactation:
The use of the drug is possible during pregnancy (second and third trimesters) and during breastfeeding.
Patients with diabetes mellitus should be aware that one tablet of the medication contains approximately 0.2 g of carbohydrates (0.017 XE).
Effect on the ability to drive and operate machinery:
The use of the medication does not affect the performance of potentially hazardous activities that require special attention and quick reactions (driving vehicles, working with moving machinery, dispatcher and operator work).

Повышенная индивидуальная чувствительность к компонентам препарата, врожденная непереносимость фруктозы, глюкозо-галактозная мальабсорбция, дефицит сахаразы/изомальтазы, беременность (I триместр), детский возраст.
С осторожностью:
Состояния, сопровождающиеся гиперкоагуляцией крови и склонностью к тромбозам, тромбофлебит, сахарный диабет.
Если у Вас одно из перечисленных заболеваний, перед приемом препарата обязательно проконсультируйтесь с врачом.
Беременность и лактация:
Применение препарата возможно при беременности (II и III триместр) и в период грудного вскармливания.
Больным сахарным диабетом необходимо учитывать, что в одной таблетке препарата содержится около 0,2 г углеводов (0,017 ХЕ).
Влияние на способность управлять трансп. ср. и мех.:
Применение препарата не влияет на выполнение потенциально опасных видов деятельности, требующих особого внимания и быстрых реакций (управление автотранспортом, работа с движущимися механизмами, работа диспетчера и оператора).
Side effects, overdose & interactions
Allergic reactions (skin rash), dyspeptic disorders, headache.
If any of the side effects listed in the instructions worsen, or if you notice any other side effects not listed in the instructions, inform your doctor.
To date, no cases of overdose have been reported.
Ascorbic acid increases the absorption of penicillin group medications and iron; it reduces the clinical effect of heparin and indirect anticoagulants, which requires dose adjustment when used simultaneously.

Аскорбиновая кислота повышает всасывание лекарственных средств группы пенициллина и железа; снижает клинический эффект гепарина и непрямых антикоагулянтов, что требует коррекции доз при их одновременном применении.
Pharmacology
Combined preparation. Restores the deficiency of vitamins C and P. Rutin, along with ascorbic acid, participates in redox processes, possesses antioxidant properties, prevents oxidation, and promotes the deposition of ascorbic acid in tissues. Both components strengthen the vascular wall (promote the formation of intercellular substance and reduce the activity of hyaluronidase), decrease permeability and fragility of capillaries.

Комбинированный препарат. Восстанавливает дефицит витамина С и Р. Рутин вместе с аскорбиновой кислотой участвует в окислительно-восстановительных процессах, обладает антиоксидантными свойствами, предотвращает окисление и способствует депонированию аскорбиновой кислоты в тканях. Оба компонента укрепляют сосудистую стенку (способствуют образованию межклеточного вещества и снижают активность гиалуронидазы), уменьшают проницаемость и ломкость капилляров.
