However, the likelihood of an initial deficiency of micro and macroelements also plays a significant role in these processes.

What is included in the complex:
• Magnesium citrate - one of the most bioavailable forms of magnesium. An additional benefit from intake is a moderate analgesic effect for muscle pain.
• Vitamin C - enhances the properties of magnesium.
