Pharmacology
BETA-ALANINE /LETOPHARM/ - Biologically active food supplement (BAFS) - solid cellulose capsules, with a taste and smell characteristic of the product.
Content in the daily dosage - 4 capsules:
Beta-alanine 2200 mg 33% of the adequate daily intake*
• According to Appendix No. 5 "Values of daily intake of food and biologically active substances for adults in specialized food products (SFP) and food supplements," amendments to the Unified sanitary-epidemiological and hygienic requirements for goods subject to sanitary-epidemiological supervision (control).
Beta-alanine is an amino acid necessary for the formation of carnosine.
Carnosine is found in skeletal muscles and serves, among other functions, to neutralize lactic acid, a metabolite that accumulates after intense muscle work.
The more beta-alanine present in the muscles, the more carnosine they can produce, and the better they neutralize lactic acid.
Beneficial properties of Beta-alanine:
- Endurance, strength, rapid recovery.
- Immune system support.
- Activation of brain function, improved concentration.
- Regulation of blood sugar levels, especially on a low-carbohydrate diet.
- Stabilization of hormonal balance, including during menopause, helping women alleviate emotional fluctuations, body temperature changes, and weight fluctuations.

• Согласно Приложению №5 «Величины суточного потребления пищевых и биологически активных веществ для взрослых в составе специализированных пищевых продуктов (СПП) и БАД к пище» изменений в Единые санитарно-эпидемиологические и гигиенические требования к товарам, подлежащим санитарно-эпидемиологическому надзору (контролю).
Бета-аланин - это аминокислота, необходимая для образования карнозина.
Карнозин содержится в скелетных мышцах и служит, в том числе, для нейтрализации молочной кислоты, метаболита, накапливающегося после тяжелой мышечной работы.
Чем больше бета-аланина содержится в мышцах, тем больше карнозина они могут вырабатывать и тем лучше они нейтрализуют молочную кислоту.
Полезные свойства Бета-аланина:
-Выносливость, сила, быстрое восстановление.
-Укрепление иммунитета.
-Активация работы мозга, улучшение концентрации.
-Регуляция уровня сахара в крови, особенно, при низкоуглеводной диете.
