How to use

Methods of application:
1. Air aromatization. Fill the aroma lamp with hot water, add 6-10 drops of essential oil for every 15 m² of area. Place a lit candle in the lower part of the aroma lamp. The candle heats the water. Do not allow the water to boil; occasionally add water. Duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes.
2. Aroma medallions. Place 1-2 drops of essential oil in the aroma medallion or apply to a tissue and inhale for 5-10 minutes.
3. Massage. Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil (jojoba, peach, almond, etc.) or massage cream, apply to the skin, then massage the problem areas of the body for several minutes until fully absorbed.
4. Bath. Add a mixture of 5-7 drops of essential oil with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt) to a bath with water temperature of 37-38°C. Duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes. After the bath, dry the body with a towel without rinsing.
5. Sauna. Spray essential oils mixed with water (5-7 drops of essential oil per 1 liter of water) into the air or sprinkle on the walls and floor, avoiding contact with heating devices.
6. Compress. Dissolve 15-20 drops of essential oil in 1 liter of room temperature water, then immerse a cotton cloth in this water, lightly wring it out, and apply to the affected area, covering with compress paper and then with insulating fabric. Duration of the procedure is from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
7. Mouth rinse. Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to 1/4 cup of warm boiled water, mix. Rinse the mouth and spit out the liquid.
8. Strengthening and polishing nails. Mix 2 drops of oil with 10 ml of jojoba oil, apply to the nail plates and beds, massage first with fingers, then with a gauze cloth.
9. Enriching cosmetic products. Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 10-15 ml of cream, toner, gel, or other cosmetic product, mix thoroughly and use as directed.
10. Oil mixtures for cosmetic procedures. Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to one teaspoon of any vegetable oil (jojoba, peach, olive), mix thoroughly. For facial and neck care, apply a few drops of the oil mixture to the fingertips and rub into the skin with light massaging movements. For cleansing the skin of the face and neck, apply a few drops of the oil mixture to a cotton pad moistened with warm water and wipe the skin.
11. Hair care. Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to one tablespoon of shampoo, conditioner, or rinse. To prepare a hair mask, add 3-5 drops of essential oil to one tablespoon of fatty oil (almond or jojoba). Rub this mixture into the scalp, then wrap the hair in a towel and leave for 2 hours. After the procedure, it is recommended to wash the hair with shampoo.

Методы применения:
1. Ароматизация воздуха. Аромалампу наполнить горячей водой, капнуть 6-10 капель эфирного масла в расчете на 15 м2 площади. В нижнюю часть аромалампы поместить зажженную свечу. Свеча нагревает воду. Не допускать кипения воды, время от времени необходимо добавлять воду. Длительность процедуры 15-30 минут.
2. Аромамедальоны. 1-2 капли эфирного масла поместить в аромамедальон или нанести на салфетку и вдыхать в течение 5-10 минут.
3. Массаж. Эфирное масло (3-5 капли) смешать с 1 столовой ложкой любого растительного масла (жожоба, персикового, миндального и др.) или массажного крема, нанести на кожу, затем массировать проблемные участки тела в течение нескольких минут до полного впитывания в кожу.
4. Ванна. В ванну с температурой воды 37 - 38°С добавить смесь: эфирного масла (5-7 капель) с 1 столовой ложкой эмульгатора (молока, меда, морской или поваренной соли). Продолжительность процедуры 15-30 минут. После ванны, не ополаскиваясь вытереть тело полотенцем.
5. Сауна. Эфирные масла в смеси с водой (5-7 капель эфирного масла на 1 литр воды) распылить в воздухе или брызгать на стены и пол, избегая попадания на нагревательные приборы.
6. Компресс. В 1 л воды комнатной температуры размешать 15-20 капель эфирного масла, после чего погрузить в эту воду хлопковую ткань, слегка отжать и наложить на больное место, накрыть компрессной бумагой, затем утепляющей тканью. Время процедуры от 30 минут до 2-х часов.
7. Полоскание полости рта. 1-2 капли эфирного масла добавить в 1/4 стакана теплой кипяченой воды, размешать. Прополоскав рот, выплюнуть жидкость.
8. Укрепление и полировка ногтей. Смешать 2 капли масла с 10 мл масла жожоба, нанести на ногтевые пластины и ложа, помассировать сначала пальцами, а затем марлевой салфеткой.
9. Обогащение косметических средств. К 10-15 мл крема, тоника, геля или другого косметического средства добавить 3-5 капель эфирного масла, тщательно перемешать и использовать по назначению.
10. Масляные смеси для косметических процедур. В одну чайную ложку любого растительного масла (жожоба, персикового, оливкового) добавить 1-2 капли эфирного масла, тщательно перемешать.
Для ухода за кожей лица и шеи нанести несколько капель смеси масел на кончики пальцев рук и втереть в кожу легкими массирующими движениями.
Для очищения кожи лица и шеи нанести несколько капель смеси масел на смоченный в теплой воде и отжатый тампон и протереть кожу.
11. Уход за волосами. Добавить 3-5 капель эфирного масла на одну столовую ложку шампуня, бальзама или ополаскивателя. Для приготовления маски для волос добавить 3-5 капель эфирного масла на одну столовую ложку жирного масла (миндального или жожоба). Втереть эту смесь в кожу головы, затем обернуть волосы полотенцем и оставить на 2 часа. После проведения процедуры рекомендуется промыть волосы шампунем

Contraindications & warnings

• Individual intolerance to the oil.

• Do not use in individuals with allergic diseases and bronchial asthma.

• Do not apply to the skin less than 60 minutes before sunbathing.

• The period of use should not exceed three weeks.

Attention! Essential oils are highly concentrated phytoessences. For cosmetic purposes, they should only be used in mixtures with creams, lotions, or vegetable oils.

General recommendations for the use of essential oils:
Before starting to use an essential oil, it is necessary to conduct a test for allergic reactions.
Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 1/3 teaspoon of vegetable oil and apply to the inner surface of the forearm or behind the ear. Apply 2-3 drops of essential oil to a handkerchief and inhale periodically throughout the day. The use of the tested oil is possible if there is no allergic reaction on the skin, headache, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, or facial swelling after 12 hours.

Precautions:

• Do not use in pure form.

• Do not apply internally.

• Strictly adhere to the recommended dosages. For elderly individuals, the recommended dose is 1/4 - 1/3 of the dose indicated in the instructions.

• Avoid contact of essential oils with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact with eyes or mucous membranes, rinse them with plenty of water.

Применение тестируемого масла возможно, если через 12 часов отсутствует аллергическая реакция на коже, головная боль, кашель, одышка, насморк, отечность лица.
Меры предосторожности:

• Не использовать в чистом виде.

• Не применять внутрь.

• Обязательно соблюдать рекомендуемые дозировки. Для пожилых людей рекомендуемая доза, составляет 1/4 -1/3 от дозы, указанной в инструкции.

• Избегать попадания эфирных масел в глаза и на слизистые оболочки. При попадании эфирного масла в глаза или на слизистые оболочки необходимо промыть их большим количеством воды.

Pharmacology

Eucalyptus ESSENTIAL OIL (Eucalyptus).- The essential oil is light, fluid, and colorless. The aroma is bright, cooling, resinous-bitter, and minty-camphoraceous.

Eucalyptus is an evergreen tree that can grow up to 70m tall, fast-growing, with a powerful root system and sturdy wood. The bark of the trunk and branches is whitish-gray, smooth, with a glistening outer layer. The plants exhibit pronounced heterophylly (leaf variation). The leaves of young plants are oval, measuring 7-16 cm in length and 1-9 cm in width. The leaves of older plants are lanceolate, measuring 10-30 cm in length and 3-4 cm in width, positioned edge-on to the sunlight with a distinctly specific aroma. The flowers are solitary, axillary, greenish-blue, either sessile or on a short peduncle. It blooms in the fall during the 3rd to 5th year of the plant's life. It grows in Australia and is cultivated along the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus, mainly in Adjara and Abkhazia. The essential oil of eucalyptus is obtained from the glossy green leaves of the plant through steam distillation. The essential oil contains: alpha-pinene, alpha-myrtenol, eudesmol, globulol. The essential oil is light, fluid, and colorless. The aroma is bright, cooling, resinous-bitter, and minty-camphoraceous.

Action:
Eucalyptus essential oil is the aroma of productive thinking and logic. It helps restore psycho-emotional balance. Baths with added eucalyptus oil aid in recovery after nervous and physical exhaustion. Eucalyptus essential oil has a beneficial effect on the skin as a soothing agent. It is used to strengthen hair roots and prevent dandruff. Eucalyptus essential oil is a magnificent deodorizing aroma for saunas and baths.

Эвкалипт ЭФИРНОЕ МАСЛО (Eucalyptus).- Эфирное масло легкое, текучее, бесцветное. Аромат светлый, холодящий, смолисто-терпкий, мятно- камфорный.

Эвкалипт - вечнозелёное дерево высотой до 70м, быстрорастущее, с мощной корневой системой и прочной древесиной. Кора ствола и ветвей беловато-серая, гладкая, с отливающим наружным слоем. У растений хорошо выражена гетерофилия (разнолистность). Листья молодых растений яйцевидные, длиной 7-16 см и шириной 1-9 см. Листья старых растений ланцетные, длиной 10-30 см и шириной 3-4 см, располагающиеся ребром к солнечным лучам с сильно специфическим запахом. Цветки одиночные, пазушные, зеленовато-сизые, сидячие или располагающиеся на короткой цветоножке. Цветёт осенью на 3-5-м году жизни растения. Растёт в Австралии. Культивируется на черноморском побережье Кавказа, главным образом в Аджарии и Абхазии.
Эфирное масло эвкалипта получают из глянцевых зеленых листьев растения методом паровой дистилляции. Эфирное масло содержит: альфа- пинен, альфа - миртенол, эйдесмол, глобулол. Эфирное масло легкое, текучее, бесцветное. Аромат светлый, холодящий, смолисто-терпкий, мятно- камфорный.

Действие:
Эфирное масло эвкалипта - аромат продуктивного мышления и логики. Способствует восстановлению психоэмоционального равновесия. Ванны с добавлением эвкалиптового масла способствуют восстановлению сил после нервного и физического переутомления. Эфирное масло эвкалипта благоприятно воздействует на кожные покровы в качестве успокаивающего средства. Используется для укрепления корней волос, препятствует появлению перхоти. Эфирное масло эвкалипта - великолепный дезодорирующий аромат для сауны и бани.
