GLA (GAMMA-LINOLENIC ACID) 300 mg - Dietary Supplement - A natural source of Omega-6 from borage seed oil.
Recommended intake (2 capsules) contains:
linoleic acid - 806 mg 81% of the adequate intake level
gamma-linolenic acid - 600 mg 100% of the adequate intake level

Borage is a plant native to the Mediterranean, used since ancient times and is one of the leading sources of Omega-6.
The GLA 300 mg product is a highly effective source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid (LA), obtained from borage seed oil through cold pressing, without the use of hexane.
GLA and LA are essential fatty acids, thus must be obtained from food, but a fast-paced lifestyle, unbalanced diet, and micronutrient deficiencies limit the intake of GLA, LA, and the function of enzymes responsible for their absorption.
Additional intake of magnesium, zinc, and calcium will enhance the absorption of Omega-6.
The high content of GLA in the capsules supports the structure and functioning of every cell in the body, thereby prolonging youth.
Epithelial cells of the intestine utilize GLA and its beneficial metabolites to maintain their integrity.
