How to use
Pour 1 teaspoon of the loose mixture (1.5-2.0 g) with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, let it steep for 15-20 minutes, then strain.
Adults should take 1 cup of the infusion per day during meals.
Duration of intake: 20 days. A repeat intake is possible within a year.
