How to use
Sublingually.
The granules should be dissolved in the mouth 30 minutes before meals or 60 minutes after meals.
For children aged 0 to 3 years, the granules should be previously dissolved by shaking in 10-15 ml of room temperature water and given to drink.
The optimal amount for a single dose is 5 granules.
Consultation with a doctor is necessary to determine the dilution, frequency, and duration of administration.

Pharmacology
Aconitum napellus - a high mountain herbaceous perennial plant.
Chemical composition:
• aconitine;
• tyramine and dopamine.
In small doses, aconitine acts on nerve endings, particularly on the endings of the trigeminal nerves, increasing the secretion of salivary and sweat glands.
Indications for Aconitum napellus
Key symptoms for prescribing the drug
• acute intolerable pain (especially neuralgia);
• numbness or tingling.
Main clinical applications
Infectology
• hyperthermia accompanied by pallor and dryness of the skin;
• rhinopharyngitis, non-streptococcal angina, otitis media;
• laryngitis with severe croupy cough;
• diarrhea accompanied by colonic spasms.
Neurology
• "cold" neuralgia, especially trigeminal neuralgia;
• neuralgias of any localization accompanied by tingling or numbness caused by hypothermia.
Behavioral disorders
• insomnia, where sleep is disrupted by nighttime awakening, usually between midnight and 1 AM; such awakening is accompanied by anxiety, a feeling of heat throughout the body (without sweating); the patient often recalls a nightmare.
Gynecology
• amenorrhea corresponding to a sudden cessation of menstruation due to fright or hypothermia.
Other indications
• hot flashes, sunstroke.

Химический состав:
• аконитин;
• тирамин и допамин.
В малой дозе аконитин оказывает действие на нервные окончания, в частности, на окончания тройничных нервов, увеличивает секрецию слюнных и потовых желез.

• бессонница, когда после засыпания сон нарушается ночным пробуждением, обычно между полуночью и 1 ч ночи; такое пробуждение сопровождается тревогой, ощущением жара во всем теле (без пота); пациент часто вспоминает кошмарный сон.
Гинекология
• аменорея, соответствующая резкому прекращению менструации, вследствие испуга или переохлаждения.
Другие показания
• приливы жара, солнечный удар.
