How to use
Cleaning starts with the upper jaw in the following order - from the molars on the right, moving to the front teeth, and finishing with the left molars.
On the lower jaw, first clean the left molars, then the front teeth, and lastly the right molars.
The front and back surfaces are cleaned with sweeping motions from bottom to top, with the brush head positioned at a 45° angle to the gum. It is important to make 10 movements on each tooth. Debris from the chewing surface is removed by moving the brush head back and forth.

Чистку начинают с верхней челюсти в следующем порядке - от коренных справа переходят на передние, затем заканчивают на левых коренных.
На нижней челюсти сначала очищают левые большие, после передние и в последнюю очередь - правые коренные.
Переднюю и заднюю поверхности чистят метущими движениями снизу-вверх, при этом головка щётки находится под углом 45° к десне. Важно делать по 10 движений на каждый зуб. Загрязнения с жевательной стороны убирают, передвигая головку вперед-назад.
