Indications
Algipor-A is used for the treatment of burns of 2nd-3rd degree, sluggish wounds, trophic ulcers, and pressure sores, as well as long-term non-healing wounds in cancer patients. It is successfully used in dentistry for the treatment of deep caries and various forms of pulpitis, reduces swelling, bleeding of the gums, and the depth of the periodontal pocket.

Альгипор-А применяют при лечении ожогов 2-3а степени, вялотекущих ран, трофических язв и пролежней, а также длительно незаживающих ран у онкологических больных. Успешно применяется в стоматологии при лечении глубокого кариеса и различных форм пульпита, уменьшает отечность, кровоточивость десен и глубину пародонтального кармана.
How to use
Algipor-A is applied to the wound surface after cleansing and is secured with a bandage or gauze dressing.
The change of Algipor-A is performed as it becomes saturated and absorbs (on average every 1-3 days).
In cases of slight exudation and the onset of epithelialization, Algipor-A is left on the wound until it is rejected along with the scab.
Combination therapy with Algipor-A is possible with standard medication and infusion therapy, as well as alternating with antibacterial agents for local use.

Альгипор-А накладывают на раневую поверхность после ее туалета и фиксируют бинтом или марлевой повязкой.
Смену Альгипор-А производят по мере промокания и рассасывания (в среднем 1-3 суток).
При небольшой экссудации и начале эпитализации под Альгипором-А его оставляют на ране до отторжения вместе со струпом.
Возможно сочетание лечения Альгипором-А с общепринятой лекарственнойи инфузионной терапией, а также сочетание (чередование) с антибактериальными средствами для местного применения.
Composition
Lyophilized (dehydrated by freeze-drying in a vacuum) gel contains per 1 g: furacilin (0.035 g), sodium alginate (0.727 g), and calcium gluconate (0.237 g).
