The covering is used for the treatment of all types of wounds with moderate to high levels of exudation:

• traumatic superficial wounds (abrasions, cuts, bruises, etc.), lacerations, wounds exposing bone and tendon tissues;

• granulating wounds of various etiologies, including chronic wounds;

• long-lasting non-healing wounds, trophic ulcers, pressure sores, etc.;

• chemical and thermal burns, frostbite;

• wound surfaces around stomas, catheters, probes;

• postoperative wounds, wounds after skin grafting (donor and recipient).

Before applying the dressing, ensure the integrity of the sterile packaging.
Before placing the dressing on the wound, perform standard wound cleansing using antiseptic solutions. Open the packaging and take the dressing with dry fingers or tweezers.
One or more pieces of the dressing (one or several fragments of the required size, cut with sterile scissors) are applied to the wound in such a way that they cover the entire surface of the wound, extending 1-2 cm beyond its edges.
A gauze pad is placed over the closed wound, which is secured using standard techniques with a gauze or tubular mesh bandage.
The frequency of dressing changes is determined by the attending physician, based on the condition of the wound and the intensity of its healing, but no less than once every 7 days.
Before each dressing change, the wound must be treated with a wound irrigation solution.
If the dressing has adhered to the wound, soak it with saline to facilitate its removal from the wound.
