How to use
It is recommended for adults to take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) in a glass of tea or warm water 3 times during meals; it can also be taken in its pure form.
The course of intake is 1 month, followed by a break of 10 days, as the balm contains natural components.

Recommended for maintaining joint health during inflammatory processes in the joints and connective tissue.
With regular use of the herbal balsam, the overall condition of the joints and connective tissue in the body improves. Enhances the functional state of the musculoskeletal system.
How does it work?
• Meadowsweet has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, general strengthening, and anti-rheumatic effects.
• Comfrey improves joint nutrition, stimulates the renewal and growth of connective tissue, helps relieve inflammation and pain, promotes the restoration of cartilage structure, and reduces swelling by improving venous outflow.
• Burdock contains a whole complex of substances that positively influence the state of connective tissues in the body (fatty acids, tannins, essential oils, carotenoids, protein, inulin, sitosterol, and stigmasterol), reduces inflammatory processes in the joints, and contributes to their strengthening and recovery.
• Dandelion root stimulates metabolism and regeneration of damaged cartilage cells, increases joint mobility. It has a powerful anti-inflammatory effect due to its high content of inulin and triterpenes.
• Black currant leaves - contribute to the restoration of the vitamin-mineral balance in the body, normalization of metabolic processes, as well as the elimination of excess purines and uric acid deposits that disrupt normal joint function, causing pain and inflammation.
