How to use

Pour 1 teaspoon (1.5 g) with a glass (200 ml) of boiling water, let it steep for 15-20 minutes, then strain or squeeze; adults should take 1 glass of the infusion (200 ml) 2-3 times a day with meals.
Duration of intake: 1 month. If necessary, the intake can be repeated. Repeated intakes are possible throughout the year.
