How to use
Pour 1 teaspoon (1.5 g) or 1 filter bag (1.5 g) of the herbal tea with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, let it steep for 15-20 minutes, then squeeze or strain. Adults should take 1 cup of the infusion (200 ml) 2-3 times a day during meals.
Duration of intake: 1 month. If necessary, the intake can be repeated. Repeated intakes are possible throughout the year.
